The Cape May County Bar Foundation Scholarship Fund was created by the Cape May County Bar Association in 1997 in memory of Jeffrey K. Israelow, a highly respected attorney in Cape May County.  Since that time, R. Robert Fleming's name was added to the fund in 2003.  The Fund has awarded 24 scholarships to Cape May County high school students for college tuition.
